Posted .Our JBL Tune 230NC TWS has maximum music playing time of up to 40 hours. This may vary depending on volume and music content. If the earbuds do not meet the advertised playtime hours even at low to medium volume levels, there may be a problem with the unit's battery. Not impressed! Never worked.

One pod is not charging or responding at all. Was Christmas present and because of opening late missed return deadline. Bestbuy was not willing to accommodate, referred me to JBL. They are replacing. I woukd rather have the money back as I lost confidence on level of quality of this product.

The sound quality using both earbuds is very good for music, however they are not the most "crisp" sounding earbuds out there. They get adequately loud, and i find the noise cancelling to work quite well. I originally bought these for conference calls, but have found they leave a lot to be desired, especially when using only a single earbud. Voices sound washed out and maybe a little muffled. I havent received any feedback on the mic, but I assume its mediocre as well. All in all, these are a quality product, but the price is on the high end of fair for sure.

Short life hardy used..

Posted .We're here to help with your JBL Tune 235NC TWS. We recommend cleaning the contact pins on the case and earbuds using a cotton swab with alcohol. Charging issues are frequently caused by foreign matter on the metal charging contacts. This can include sweat, grease, ear wax, etc. Please ensure the pins are dried before placing them back on the case. If you need more help, we'd like to work with you directly.
