Not recommend for phone call audio

You can barely hear the person and they can barely hear. Works fine for listening to music or watching videos. The audio for phone calls is very disappointing.

Posted .We're here to help with your JBL Tune 230NC TWS. Charging issues are usually caused by foreign matter on the metal charging contacts, such as sweat, grease, dirt, etc. To reduce the likelihood of these issues, we suggest cleaning the earbuds using a cotton swab dipped in rubbing alcohol to clean the metallic charging contacts on the earbuds and the charging case. You can use a cotton cloth to remove any residue and ensure that the case interior is fully dry before inserting them in the case If you need more help with the unit, please contact JBL Customer Support so we can assist you.

Aertain sounds like metal hitting or air hissing can be amplified and hurt your ear. They constantly cut off from my phone and have to be turned off in the case to reset. The connections in the charging case are crap. Have to always wiggle it to get it to connect. The cheapos on amazon were way better.

Bad quality control!

They were not mishandled, yet one of them stopped charging properly, if at all. I thought the sound quality was pretty good, however, that is meaningless if you can use them.

I was amazed at the quality and happy for the fact that I didn't spend a lot of money if I had bought the apple version. These are just as good if not equal in quality.

Left Earbud Won't Charge/Connect

I've cleaned the case and buds many times without improvement. The left just keeps getting worse over time. It's basically useless now and I've had them less than a year. (For reference, no issues at all with the right one)

Great sound, easy to wear them, very light, easy to connect them to tour pibne device , once they are connected tour device wimm recognized them instantly. Great devices .

I don't even think it helps at all compared to ANC off, could make it even worse, I wouldn't know.

Posted .We appreciate your feedback. With TWS ear buds, charging issues are frequently caused by foreign matter on the metal charging contacts. This can include sweat, grease, debris, etc.
