Thanks for your feedback. To have better sound quality, you may check your device's music player app to see if the Equalizer is engaged. If engaged, turn off the Equalizer. If turning it off does not resolve the issue, turn it on again and adjust the EQ by boosting the bass to your liking. Our JBL Tune 235NC headphones have active noise cancellation (ANC) feature. To activate the noise-canceling feature, tap your left earbud once. You can toggle between on, off, or ambient modes. With ambient mode, you can still hear some external sounds if you need to be aware of your surrounding. You can also adjust the ANC mode using the JBL Headphones App. For optimal noise reduction, make sure the eartips fit securely in your ears. To achieve the best seal and a secure fit, you must create a tight seal within your ear canal. To do this, angle the ear tip slightly downward to make it easier to insert into your ear canal, gently twist the earbud to fit it securely into the shape of your ear, and continue twisting the earbud into your ear canal. You can also try different sizes of ear tips that came with the headphones to see if a better fit.

Thank you for reaching out. With TWS ear buds, charging issues are frequently caused by foreign matter on the metal charging contacts. This can include sweat, grease, ear wax, etc.

Thanks for your feedback. If you're pairing a new source device, make sure the Bluetooth is enabled on the device and select "JBL Tune 235NC" in your phone's Bluetooth settings. To manual pair, tap either left or right earbud twice and hold on the second tap for 5 seconds. If the problem continues, reset the earbuds and try pairing again. To reset, with both earbuds on, and not charging, tap right earbud two times and hold the button on the third tap for more than 5 seconds.
