I wasted good money and needed them. It's frustrating to not be ablr to trust this company.

Posted .Thank you for your feedback. To troubleshoot the issue with your JBL Tune 235NC TWS, please attempt a reset. First, remove the earbuds from the case, then tap on them twice and hold for five seconds. Afterward, place them back inside the case. You may need to forget your unit on your device to pair it again. If you need more help, please contact us.

They would theh stsrt pairing seperstely and not as pair ao i could onlybget audio in one earbud at a time. Noq just a couple months later theyre dead. This is my second set of JBL earbuds. Both broke far to soon. I will jever buy a jbl product again.

Posted .We appreciate your feedback. Bluetooth typically performs well within a 30-foot range, but walls, obstacles, and other wireless devices can impede this. If you experience dropouts within 10 feet, there may be interference. To resolve the issue with your JBL Tune 235NC, ensure it is within 10 feet of your device with a clear line of sight (no obstacles). Try to forget/unpair the speaker on your device, and initiate a reset. To reset your unit, first make sure that the case is not charging, tap the right earbud twice, and hold the button on the third tap for more than five seconds. Lastly, try to connect the speaker to a different device to determine if the issue lies with the earbuds or the initial device you paired them with. If you need more help, please contact us at (877) 871-6755 / Mon - Fri: 9:00 am - 11:00 pm (ET) Sat-Sun: 9:00 am - 5:00 pm (ET).
