    I bought 2 of these, for me and my friend. 1 stopped working in 2 weeks, and the other last 5 weeks until stops working. We are currently in Brazil and JBL does not offer international support. Garbage.

Charging issues could be one of the reasons why the earbuds are not working properly and these are frequently caused by foreign matter on the metal charging contacts. We recommend cleaning the contact points on the earbuds and charging case to see if it helps.     I am extremely disappointed with JBL and although I have many of their products, will not be buying their brand again. Usually, a great brand but this buy was $100 down the drain. I had these headphones for 6 months and they worked well at first, eventually one earbud or the other would disconnect or they wouldn't charge. I did my trouble shooting and deduced that the charging pins must be defective. Customer service was willing to replace them, but make you jump through several hoops to get your warranty replacement. What a real letdown, Harmon/JBL.

    Frequent disconnection from my S21 plus and the JBL app is not user-friendly. Disconnects from the phone in between calls. I have seen better connections than this in cheaper earbuds.

      Thanks for your feedback. We're here to help with your JBL Tune 235NC TWS. It is possible that the right earbud is not paired with the left. To re-pair them again, please try placing them back in the case, close it, and then take both the earbuds out at the same time. If the issue remains, try resetting them by tapping the earbuds twice and holding them for more than five seconds while it is powered on. You may need to 'forget' your headphones on your device to pair it again. For further assistance, please contact us. JBL

    i still have these but battery drains after having them for months good hearing but they lag off the bluehooth

    You cant use them to cancel phone call and when you have one the ear you can hear everything. You can barely hear people talkimg on them.
