Charging issues could be one of the reasons why the left earbud is not working properly and these are frequently caused by foreign matter on the metal charging contacts. We recommend cleaning the contact points on the earbuds and charging case to see if it helps.     The JBL wireless earpiece was not to my liking an I had to return them due to poor quality of sound when on a phone call. The price is very reasonable if you only want them to listen to music while you working out or something.

    I’m having a lot of issues with them. They won’t turn off when I put them in the case. When I take them out sometime only one will turn on. They both have a rattling noise and I’ve never dropped them.

      We're here to help with your JBL Tune 230NC TWS. We recommend cleaning the contact pins on the case and earbuds using a cotton swab with alcohol. These pins are sensitive to dust. Please make sure the pins are dried before placing it back on the case. If you still need help, please contact our customer support. JBL

    One side stop working after two months

    This product worked okay for the first 2 months with minimal use. Now the right side has stopped working, this is apparently a common problem. JBL return process, ship the until back, and then they’ll send out a replacement unit… This is a 2 weeks process at a minimum. Save your self the hassle and get a better product.

    I bought it. It has nice sounds but unfortunately it's keep disconnecting from your devices my friend bought the same one and he's suffering from disconnecting everyday.

    BUY THESE NOT AIRPODS!!

    Skip the outrageous price for AirPods and get a pair of these. Honestly, better quality for half the price. The noise cancellation is the same quality if not better, especially since you have two options to control the level. Comfortable fit, and have not had an issue with battery life. My AirPods pro gave me all sorts of issues, glad I found these

    What i like about these is that there is a JBL app you can download that you can use to adjust the settings on these buds. The sound quality is pretty good and i like that you can adjust the different equalizer settings. Ive never had noise cancling ones before and what a difference it makes. I was wearing them while vacuming and i could barely even hear the load vacuum. My only conplaint is that they could be a tad bit loader.

    Work great ! Sound is amazing! Needed something for a trip out of the country and did not want to bring expensive ear buds. I purchased this set based on price but, more find myself yawing them on a regular basis. Sound, battery life and fit are excellent.

    They don’t charge anymore. It’s only been 3 weeks and the charger doesn’t work for the pod.

Please try to fully charge the charging case as well as the earbuds and test if you will still experience the same issue. Try to use a different charger and Inspect the charging port of the unit if there are damages or debris on the charging port of charging case and charging contacts inside the unit which prevents it from charging properly.     Questionable and lacking

    This will be mostly criticism so I'll start with the positives. - Great microphone - Excellent battery life - Great Bluetooth connectivity distance - Great in-ear fit - Solid ANC The overall design is solid, but it's really lacking in other areas. Problem #1: The audio volume is in a very narrow band. If most earbuds go from 10-100% volume, these earbuds feel like they go from 30-80%. I can understand the high end volume being lower but the minimum volume is really too loud. You can change this slightly with the app audio settings but this also significantly decreased the maximum volume. Problem #2. Intermittent Bluetooth issues. Every so often the connection to the earbuds cut off for a half second. This happens roughly every 10 minutes when using the earbuds. It's most problematic when using both earbuds because when audio resumes about 25% of the time the audio between earbuds will not be synced properly. There will be a fractional delay from one ear to the other. This is unusable and requires you to turn off and reconnect the earbuds. Problem #3. This is the biggest issue and it seems like something that should have been figured out during testing. Whenever you first put in the earbuds, the noise cancelling mode defaults to full audio pass-through. It will go to this setting whenever you open and close the case too. But this setting is overly sensitive and will pick up far too much background noise to the point that you can't hear the audio playing. I get around this by using the touch setting, but you can only use one "category" of touch settings at a time, so if I'm electing to use the noise cancelling touch settings I can't use them for pause/play or other useful features. There's no way to change the default noise cancelling setting. I have also in the past had to open the app every time I put in the earbuds, but neither of these is a reasonable solution. This was an obvious issue to me within hours of purchasing these earbuds, so it's strange that it never got spotted beforehand. It's because of these issues (mainly the second two) that I'm replacing these earbuds.

    The small eat tip was not small enough. I had to end up getting AirPods Pro 2nd gen for the XS size.

    Bought these to replace my original Airbuds. Very disappointed…. Fine quality, just poor fidelity.

    Terrible sound quality. Not sure if they were defective given the other positive reviews but ended up returning. Absolutely not worth the price even with the black Friday sale

    This headphones were better than I suspected, sound quality was great, battery life was pretty great and they were easy to wear for most of the day. I would recommend these to anyone
