    Disappointed left ear bud doesn’t work. Sound was so so not the JBL that I’m used to

      We're here to help with your JBL Tune 230NC TWS. Please check if there are light indicators on the left earbud. We also recommend cleaning the contact gold pins on the earbuds and case. Try charging the case overnight. If you need more help, please reach out to our customer support. JBL

    Good set of ear buds. Excellent sound quality. Power is always there and recharging is quick and easy. Like the fit, feel and design of these buds. Very easy to link with my phone. Great price. Glad I got them!

    Individual headphones do not charge. At first I had a hard time getting the right headphone to charge. After playing around with it I got it to charge. The left headphone is now toast. It will not charge and will not play music. I bought these on 7/13/22 and they died 9/1/22.

      We appreciate your feedback on our JBL Tune 230NC. We recommend cleaning the contact pins on the case and earbuds using a cotton cloth, makeup, or cotton swab with alcohol. These pins are sensitive to dust. Please make sure the pins are dried before placing them back on the case. If the troubleshooting steps did not work, please contact our customer support. JBL

    do not work , can not turn on or sync with crombook. everytime some one is closed with this thing is trying to conect to the other phone or computer. dont like this earbuds. i been busy and do not have time to come back to the store to see if they can help.

    Have had these since July and they already don't work right. These are a waste of money. My second pair of jbl and neither pair works

    Quit working correctly after a week. Left one sounds super muffled but when you take noise cancellation latex off it works again. So the product is just not formed right I’d say

    Constant warble sound and couldnt get both to work simultaneously (using instructions online and youtube videos). Returned and got some Samsung buds instead.

    Not even two months of use and the right ear bud doesn't charge correctly. I will leave it in its case and when I go to use it at times it will only be at 10%. Not as loud as other brands. Overall not that great.

    I'm very happy and satisfied with the noise cancellation, sound, clarity and fit of these earbuds.They enable me to easily drift off to sleep while commuting 1.5 hrs each way to and from work in a crowded van with 9 other riders with the driver's radio station filling the van with annoying static filled sounds. I also use them while riding my Harley for clear, great sounding music, phone calls and GPS directions wherever I go.

    The microphones are awful. People I talk to hear everything around me amplified. I am waiting until the Christmas rush is over to return them

    Best earbuds I've had in a while! Battery life is fantastic. Sound quality is awesome, and the ability to switch back and forth from noise cancelling to regular with a tap of the finger is great! As a runner, I don't need noise cancelling while on the road, but on an airplane, these are fantastic!

    I really like how it fit in the ears, don't fall at all and the noise cancelling is wonderful. And the battery life is very long.

    These are excellent pair of earbuds. The sound quality is awesome. My wife uses it to answer work calls and has no issues. Call quality is excellent. Battery life is also good. I got this for $49.99 during Thanksgiving and they do more than what I expected.
