I wanted to love these, I really did. But overall the cons really can't be overlooked TLDR Stopped working correctly, buggy connection, sound degrades, and tactile buttons suck. CONS -Left earbud stopped charging after 2 months. Tried cleaning the case, the terminals, nope. Nothing helps. -They also have a hard time connecting in general, and especially once you disconnect them once. I paired mine with my computer one time and it took me an hour to unpair them with my computer and reconnect to my phone. -The max sound also Ieaves something to be desired. I downloaded the app and turned the EQ to max and then they got decently punchy, but the sound quality went way down. -Plus just a couple weird things like the case doesn't stand up on its own with the top open (even with the buds in it). -Or that the side tactile "buttons" are SUPER buggy / not responsive and you fee like your tapping directly on your eardrum until they decide to work. -OR that they're designed to work with location on... Why? That creates potential issues during airplane mode, which is half the reason I wanted NC headphones. PROS -Sound quality was well balanced throughout (unlike airpod pros / beats). -The app provides cool options. -Fit was very comfortable and not heavy. -Noise cancelling was great while it worked. -Ambient aware sound was pretty good. -Battery was pretty solid. -Water resistance is very useful. I really enjoy JBL products, so I hope this is just a me problem, but based on other reviews I don't think so. Don't recommend.

I got these earbuds and they're really nice. I've been using them for almost a month now and they're pretty good. To me, they're way more comfortable than an old pair of skullcandy earbuds I had before. I can have these on for hours and I won't feel any discomfort, it's like they're better shaped for my ears.

Got these as a smaller/lighter alternative to my 4 year old Bose earbuds. I tried for several days to adjust the EQ (on the JVC App) Never could get them to sound clear. Either too much midrange, painful thin highs, or muffled, not clear bass. No comparison to the Bose. Also a big thing for me was the volume level is about half of what the Bose are. Disappointing. Returned them.

These JBL earbuds have been one of the best purchases I've made in a while. The battery lasts forever. I charged it after purchase to 100% and went 3 weeks before I had to charge again and I use them everyday. Very pleased with this product.

These headphones have a superb sound quality. For the price its hard to beat! The quality is good as well. The touch buttons on the side work great and having different the various ways to make your work life easier with the talk mode. I would recommend these to anyone!

It could be me, but I had a hard time fitting the buds in my ears. However, once I did, the sound was very good.

Earbuds and noise cancelling features are fantastic. Sound and bass are impeccable, no complaints there. The only downside is that you cannot make calls on these headphones. If I make or receive a call while my earbuds are connected, the other party can never hear me. Very frustrating and inconvenient.

The JBL Tune 235NC In Ear Earbuds are excellent at their price point. They are very easy to connect and operate. I have not had to charge the earbuds since i purchased them.

I like the JBL Earbuds, BestBuy delivered what I order and in time just the way the promised. I also ordered a phone later and got it in perfect conduction.

These were for my grandma as she loves to watch YouTube videos on her phone at full volume around the house. These now allow her to enjoy her videos without having everyone in the house hear it

I love the earbud. The price was reasonable. My 14-year-old was very happy Christmas morning.
