Great noise, cancellation

I think they do a very good job of noise cancellation. I work in a room with lots of loud noises and machines running and basically cancels all the noise out and I listen to podcasts all day sounds pretty good I don’t really use them for phone calls so I can’t really review that but for 99 bucks I think it’s a pretty sweet deal.

Sound quality is actually pretty good. After a while the right earbud volume drop to basically nothing. Factory reset and still same issue.

Posted .We're here to help with your JBL Tune 230NC TWS. We recommend periodically cleaning it using rubbing alcohol applied to a cotton swab to degrease it. Additionally, you may try to carefully dip the tip of the earbuds into a solution of lukewarm tap water and a small amount of dish soap at a maximum depth of 1-2mm only. After immersing it for 2-3 minutes, you may wipe or clean it with a small brush. It is also necessary to perform a factory reset of the earbuds. To do it, double tap the right bud and hold it on the 3rd tap for 5 seconds while they're out of the charging case, then put the earbuds back in the case to complete the reset. If the issue remains, please note that this product comes with a one-year warranty, you may contact our customer support via our official website for assistance.

I have a Samsung Level U that is worn around my neck and has wired earbuds and the sound quality is fantastic when listening to music and I paid about half the price for them.
