    Worked fine for almost a year. Then the left ear bud won't charge or connect. Apparently it's very common with this product. Jbl website offers no support for this product. Also the microphone sound like your underwater.

    I was very happy with this purchase as I the sound quality is very good. However, after 15 months of light use and being well taken care of, all of a sudden one of the ear buds no longer holds a charge. I get about 5 minures of play before it dies

This can include sweat, grease, ear wax, etc. Please clean the contact points of your earbuds and the charging case to resolve the issue.     Sound is ok but the touch sensor in them are annoying every time I adjust them it stops the music or changes the noise cancellation. Not the best for sports, fitness or places where you sweat
