I got this for my husband as a gift and he love it

These earbuds are great for phones and cancelling out all outside noise. The app that you can download is great for changing your settings on it without taking them out of your ears. They're also comfortable to wear for extended periods of time.

These sound incredible! Easy to use. I wear them when I work out.

Not what I would expect from JBL. Earbuds did not get as loud as we expected or have as much basis past experiences with JBL. Would recommend the Jabra active elite for waterproof earbuds, and exercise.

To whom it may concern, These headphones were the worst purchase i made in years. I was very excited to try a product from such a trust worthy brand like JBL and happy to be supporting local best buys. However, These headphones never seems to to live up to the jbl name. Ever since I got them only one headphone would charge / work at a time never giving me the full effect of the noise canceling feature!? How am I suppose carry on with every day tasks with a faulty product like this one?! Not only did the product not work to its full potential but also delivered poor quality of sound including what sounded like a dog whistle in my ear!?, I never damaged this product and they are still in great condition, however the problem still seems to persist. Given that I purchased these items through a third party like best buy which I thought would be a trusted party to go through. Maybe you should have given me an option to secure myself some sort of warranty. I see on the website now that these headphones are on clearance, maybe its because many customers have this problems and I think you guys should send me some fresh headphones.

Good product. I bought this product on black friday for a good price.

I have only used once, but love them! Will get a better idea on my 20 day trip coming up soon. Easy to pair with phone. I downloaded app but I am technologically challenged so haven't actually used these settings - works fine without.
