Please ensure the pins are dried before placing them back on the case. To manually connect, tap and hold the touch controls of both earbuds for 5 secs.. Earbuds did not get as loud as we expected or have as much basis past experiences with JBL. Would recommend the Jabra active elite for waterproof earbuds, and exercise.

Posted .Thank you for you for your feedback. To achieve the best seal and secure fit, you must create a tight seal within your ear canal. To do this, angle the ear tip slightly downward to make it easier to insert into your ear canal, gently twist the earbud to fit it securely into the shape of your ear, and continue twisting the earbud into your ear canal. You may also try using the different sizes of eartips for our JBL Tune 235NC TWS. Feel free to contact our customer support for further assistance.
