If the earbuds no longer disconnect even if the charging case is closed, please ensure that it's fully closed and wait a few seconds until the earbuds disconnect to your source device. You can also check if there's any damage on the hinge or the lid of the charging case, which can also be a factor in why the earbuds won't disconnect. If you need more help, please contact our customer support for more assistance.
