Bad connection and bad NC

And the connection it's terrible you have too take them out and put them back in the case.

Posted .Thanks for your inquiry. To activate the noise-canceling feature of our JBL Tune 235NC, tap your left earbud once. You can toggle between on, off, or ambient modes. With ambient mode, you can still hear some external sounds if you need to be aware of your surrounding. You can also adjust the ANC mode using the JBL Headphones App. For optimal noise reduction during phones calls, make sure the eartips fit securely in your ears. To achieve the best seal and a secure fit, you must create a tight seal within your ear canal. To do this, angle the ear tip slightly downward to make it easier to insert into your ear canal, gently twist the earbud to fit it securely into the shape of your ear, and continue twisting the earbud into your ear canal. You can also try different sizes of ear tips that came with the headphones to see if a better fit. To fix the connection issue, try to forget/unpair the earbuds on your device, and initiate a reset. With both earbuds on, and not charging, tap two times, and hold the button on the third tap for more than 5 seconds. To get the best sound from your JBL Tune 235NC TWS, ensure a tight seal by angling the ear tip downward, twisting the earbud to fit securely, and maintaining that seal. If volume is still imbalanced, clean the contact pins with alcohol and a cotton swab, then dry them. Also, please check if the balance control of your source device's sound settings is set to default (centered). We also recommend connecting your headphones to our JBL Headphones App where you can access and customize the gesture controls of the earbuds. If you need more help, please contact us.

Please check the equalizer settings of your phone and set it to default. Also, please try to connect it with a different device or play audio using a different application. You may also try doing a Factory Reset by removing both earbuds from the charging case and tapping both earbuds twice then, tap-hold for 5 seconds. But only if you are sitting immobile, as they fall out your ears.. over & over & over .. no matter how you use the ear pieces, they fall out.. $100.00 in the drain, as I needed a workout earphone. I got a book reading, sedatary earphone.
