    Purchased these headphones on sale for my teenage son, and he has not had any complaints. JBL is a good solid brand.

    Best value headphones. They sound as good or better than my AirPods and are way cheaper. JBL has always been quality

    Worst experience with trying to get them to stay connected to my iPhone. I've had a much better experience just using Apple airpods.

    CRAP!, they worked good for a few days and now they either won’t connect or only one side does actually connect

      We're here to help with your JBL Tune 235NC. Please check if both earbuds are charging. If yes, try to reconnect the left and the right earbuds by tapping the button of both earbuds three times. Please also unpair or forget the JBL Tune 235TWS on your source device. If manually pairing them fails to resolve the issue, please try to unpair them again and perform a factory reset. To reset the earbuds, plug the charging case into a power source and insert both earbuds. Press and hold the button on the right pod for about 5 seconds until the LED turns off and on again. Resetting the earbuds will wipe all of their previous pairings and settings, so it will be necessary to pair them again. If the issue continues, please contact our customer support for more assistance. JBL

    Purchased August 3, 2024 and already the right earbud is starting to die. It doesn't consistently turn on when I open the earbud case as it's supposed to. I have to close and reopen the case several times and hope it comes to life. As the old addage goes, you get what you pay for. I paid $50 for these, but I'll probably not get 2 months out of them. I'd be better off waiting for airpods 4

      Thanks for your feedback. We're always looking for ways to improve. For our JBL Tune 235NC, charge the battery to 100% and then listen to music without any bass boosted, and at a very low volume. If the battery lasts close to the published up-to playtime, the battery is working fine. However, if you get less than 90% of the published spec, this likely means that the battery is losing its capacity. If you need more help, please contact our customer support. JBL

    Unfortunately I will be returning them as they were brought as a gift. The person we gifted them to had an android phone and we could not get them to connect. We tried several times. Unpaired and repaired without success. I love the JBL products but this one just didn’t work as expected.

      Please try cleaning the contact pins on the earbuds and the charging case. It could also be possible that the pins are damaged which could be the reason why the buds are not charging. Our JBL Tune 235NCTWS has a one-year limited warranty, please contact our customer support for us to assist you. JBL
