First, you may try to clean the charging terminals on the earbuds using a swab dipped in rubbing alcohol, as charging issues are frequently caused by foreign matter on the metal charging contacts. We also recommend cleaning the contacts with the tip of a pencil and the eraser at the end of the pencil, as the graphite and rubber can help to re-establish the connection between the earbuds and the case. Posted .Thanks for your feedback. We're here to help. This problem might be cause of Volume Level, EQ Settings, and Source Device. You may try to connect the headphones to other devices, and perform a reset by turning on both earbuds and not charging, tap two times and hold the button on the third tap for more than 5 seconds. You may need to 'forget' the headphones in Bluetooth settings on your phone/tablet in order to pair it again. If these steps do not work, please contact our customer support for further assistance.

Left Earbud will not connect at all.

Ive tried to clean them and disconnect from bluetooth but it still will not connect or show the LED light flash.

Posted .We're here to help. We're sorry to hear about what happened. Here are some cleaning steps for re-establishing charging: If you have charging problems, the first step is to always clean all contact points, on each earbud and on the charging case. You will need: cotton cloth or makeup swab, cotton swabs and rubbing alcohol. Also a pencil with eraser for further cleaning. Use a cotton swab with some rubbing alcohol to clean the charging terminals of the headphones. Wipe the contact pins in the charging case with a clean cotton swab. The swab can be slightly moistened with rubbing alcohol, but it is important that the interior is completely dry before closing the box. Use the cotton cloth and wait for it to dry.
You may manually pairing the earbuds by pressing both dedicated buttons/touchpad of the earbuds once then press and hold it for 5 seconds for the earbuds to connect with each other.
You may also reset the unit by pressing both dedicated buttons/touchpad of the earbuds twice then press and hold it for 5 seconds. Place the earbuds back into the charging case to restore the unit to default settings. Once the rest is completed, manually pair them again.
If the problem persists, please contact us, so we can assist you in checking your warranty.

DON'T BUY JBL PRODUCTS = JUNK

Posted .Thanks for your feedback. If you're pairing a new source device, make sure Bluetooth is enabled on your computer and select "JBL Tune 235NC" in the Bluetooth settings. For your earbuds to be in pairing mode, take them out of the charging case. The earbuds will turn on automatically and enter pairing mode. If the problem continues, reset the earbuds and try pairing again. To reset, with both earbuds on and not charging, tap the right earbud two times and hold the button on the third tap for more than 5 seconds. If the recent support has confirmed that your unit has battery issue, please be informed that all our products come with a one-year warranty. One isn't working

My son bought them with a gift card he had been saving. He is disappointed. I am going to see what the manufacture warranty is too.

Posted .Thanks for your feedback. If one bud of your JBL Tune 235 NC has a sound issue, you can try manually pairing the buds by putting the buds from their charging case and removing them again. You can also do a reset with both earbuds on, and not charging, tap two times, and hold the button on the third tap for more than 5 seconds. If the problem is with the earbud not turning on, please try cleaning the contact points on the case and earbuds to check if the unit will charge. Our JBL Tune 230NC TWS has up to 40 hours of combined battery life, where you can use the earbuds for 10 hours and charge them up for another 30 hours from your charging case. The music playtime also varies depending on the audio content, volume level, and if the ANC is enabled when playing music.

Don't buy if you want an earbud for a long time.

I'm very upset with the built. 6 months after the case holds no charge. Yesterday, I left my case charging the whole day, and out of the charger for the night.. Surprise, the case this morning is at 50% charge. I already had a factory reset here and clean all ports.. That's not the issue.

Unfortunately, after a few months the left earbud loses quality in the sound and battery life. After some research, these are prone to that. So I wouldn’t recommend for long term use or for the money

Posted .Our JBL Tune 235NC TWS is recommended to connect with smartphones, tablets, laptops, or PCs. Although it can connect to your TV via Bluetooth, you may experience audio-video delays as these earbuds aren't equipped with an aptX low latency codec.
