Poor connection issue with good sound quality

Disconnects from the phone in between calls. I have seen better connections than this in cheaper earbuds.

Posted .Thanks for your feedback. We're here to help with your JBL Tune 235NC TWS. It is possible that the right earbud is not paired with the left. To re-pair them again, please try placing them back in the case, close it, and then take both the earbuds out at the same time. If the issue remains, try resetting them by tapping the earbuds twice and holding them for more than five seconds while it is powered on. You may need to 'forget' your headphones on your device to pair it again. For further assistance, please contact us.

Then, try forgetting the device and pair them again by tapping the earbud once and holding it for five seconds. If the issue persists, try pairing it with other devices.
