Malfunctioning Battery

Posted .We appreciate your feedback. To enjoy the great quality sound of our JBL Tune 235NC, you must create a tight seal within your ear canal. You can also replace the open ear tips with the sealed ear tips that came with the earbuds to see if they fit better. The other different sizes of ear tips are included in the box. To have better sound quality, you may check the music player app to see if the Equalizer is engaged. If engaged, turn off the Equalizer. If turning it off does not resolve the issue, turn it on again and adjust the EQ by boosting the bass to your liking. Also, try to connect with a different source device and change the streaming music application.

Please make sure that the headphones and device are within 10 feet from each other and with a clear line of sight (no obstacles). First, forget/unpair the headphones on your device then perform manual pairing. You may also try to connect the headphones to a different device (phone/tablet/music player) to see if it fixes the problem. Lastly reset, with both earbuds on, and not charging, tap two times, and hold the button on the third tap for more than five seconds. You may need to 'forget' the headphones in Bluetooth settings on your phone/tablet in order to pair them again. If the issue remains, please contact our customer support for further assistance.
