Lack of volume controls on them is a bit of a disappointment. On the other hand, they were quite inexpensive, so you can't get everything!

Uncomfortable for me.

These Earbuds sound excellent when in use. I have a problem with them NOT being very comfortable for my ears. As an older gentlemen I did not like the small issues that came with JBL connecting to my iPhone and using the buds, especially with volume control. The noise cancelling was great when in use. I ended up buying Apple Earpods for the ease of working with my iPhone.
