I don’t like headphones crazy loud, just enough where it’ll block out most back ground noise. Good quality but that did make it drop a few points.

Being able to control and customize your equalizer in the app is a. Plus. The case on the over hand feels cheap to me. The lid pops open WAY too easily. Just from walking around the case opens on its own. Then the battery just drains. The ear buds do not stay in my ears(could be user error) I have tried the different sizes too doesn’t make a difference. At the end of the day I would put the away, and my phone will stay connected to them when they are in the case and will continue to play sound with case closed and everything.

Mine went through wash and dont work at all anymore but the quality was great before that. The sound quality is solid but could be better not as good as my airpod pros

Had to return the first ones BUT

Volume is okay nothing crazy but not bad. Charging is a strugge not sure why. Bluetooth goes about 16 ft far.

My wife got those for $280 and these sound almost the same for $80! With apple some things you truly only pay for the name and this is one of those items!!
