      Thanks for your feedback, we're always looking for ways to improve, if you're experiencing connectivity issue with your JBL Tune 235NC TWS, please try this troubleshooting step with both earbuds on and not charging tap two times and hold the button on the third tap for more than 5 seconds. You may need to 'forget' the headphones in Bluetooth settings on your phone/tablet in order to pair it again. If the connectivity Issue still persist again please contact our customer support. JBL

    Cheap decent headphones. Plenty of bud sizes to choose from. Batteries in headphones are good and case only needs to be charged once a week or so for me.

    I received these yesterday, charged the case and buds (or so I thought) and started using them. I then discoveed after multiple attempts that the left bud won't accept a charge. Taking them back to Best Buy today for a replacement or a different model number. Great sound and the app make customizing the sound really easy.
