Outstanding audio quality that isn't truly appreciated until you realize how muffled or bad ither headphones sound.

I love the quality of sound. It works great at home when I leave my phone upstairs. The only drawback is that I cannot or have not figured out how to make calls from these earbuds. Otherwise I love them.

I actually loved these earbuds. I really wasn't a fan until I got these especially because of the sound quality. The reason for a 3 is because after just a week, both buds would not sync properly and i had to return.

These are great headphones for work or exercising. Not very loud but noise cancelling works great

My daughter loves these! She would always lose her head phones until we bought her these for Christmas. She’s had them for 2 years now and we only had to get them replaced once due to one earbud completely dying. Got a replacement and no issues yet. Sound quality is great and tones are adjustable.

I had some that broke from me dropping them and i bought the same ones because I love the sound. The noise canceling works really well. Jbls are never disappointing

I love my JBL earbuds, the sound is very clear. I was very impressed by the quality for the price I pay.

When I researched the JBL earbuds, I found out they were good quality earbuds. I dont like the way it fits into my ear. The other thing, siri announces the phone number instead of the name of the caller. By the time i recognize the number, it's a rap.

Can’t really run with them. They fall out or im constantly having to adjust them. The noise cancellation is great. They’re sensitive to the tap commands and the audio is great though.

These are the worst piece of garbage I've ever put in my ears. The sound quality is terrible. They feel super cheap. They don't turn off when you take them out of your ears - you have to MANUALLY stop them from playing (yes, they will continue to play in the case even when closed!). You have to MANUALLY pair and unpair each time you switch devices. Which means...if they are connected to your computer at home, and you're 100 miles away, you can't use them on your phone because they are still paired to your computer 100 miles away and won't connect to another device until you go into that computer and unpair them. There is no bluetooth connect button anywhere on the case or the earbuds, so you can't even send a bluetooth signal to pair them if they don't automatically show up in your list of devices. They don't connect with ANY Apple products. The buttons are horribly placed so just putting them in your ear either starts playing or changes the settings, depending on which ear bud you are putting in but expect that each time you put them in you will hit the buttons that are, for some reason, exactly where your finger needs to push to get them in your ear. I bought these on sale for 50% off and that feels like too much for these. Please don't waste your time or money, they are garbage, they sound terrible, and are for the most part unusable.
