The first few months the earbuds worked great. However after that it one of the buds will not work. A quick search online and there is similar reports. Specifically my left ear bud drains quickly and/or doesn't hold a charge anymore. Just having out of the case for 10 minutes will drain it completely. Beware when purchasing this product if you want a long lasting product.

These provide excellent sound quality, especially for the price point. The sound quality is comparable to 'A-list' buds. Only thing, very seldom, hardly happens, sound is a bit muffled on some phone calls.

For some reason they lose connectivity every 5 minutes for about 3-4 seconds and then reconnects in a different mode. It changes from Noise Cancelling to Ambient Noise to whatever else it has every time it reconnects,

I love my JBL Tune 235NC earbuds. Listening to music is a much more enjoyable experience than the headphones from my past and the ambient noise feature works so well when I am walking my dog and need to be aware of my surroundings! These JBLs are such a great value for the money!!

I would recommend these for everyone. They fit great and sounds even better.

surprisingly great sound quality for an amazing price on best buy deal of the day... paid 3x for Dr Dre powerbeats and these are in the same game with adjustable equalizer app. pretty cool

Sound quality is very good, just know you need to download the app to turn on noise canceling. They seem to amplify the noise around you in their out of the box setting. For what they are and the price point of sub $60 on sale, I'd say buy em.

Great product have had it for 2 years only issues I’ve had are sometimes the headphone won’t charge all the way and when I put it on it’s dead.

Great set of ear buds for the price. Sounds amazing and the noise canceling works great. Highly recommend.
