Noise cancelation is ok. Fit in my ear well. I wish the batteries lasted longer but then again i use it alot. Great product.

These Great sound and feel very comfortable in her ears. Her younger sister is going to get a pair for Christmas.

I gave them to my boyfriend as a Christmas gift, they shipped really quick. He has used them pretty much everyday since getting them and loves them. Got them on sale but even at full price they are really nice earbuds.

Posted .We appreciate you taking the time to provide feedback on our JBL Tune 235NC TWS. While pairing, please ensure that both devices aren't connected to any other Bluetooth devices nearby. The light indicator of the earbuds will flash in blue light when pairing and turn solid blue if it's connected to a device. To get the best audio response and comfortability with the earbuds, please try the different ear tip sizes that perfectly seal and fit into your ear. Angle the ear tip slightly downward and gently twist the earbud to fit securely. In addition, the earbuds can be susceptible to moist or deep-seated dirt that blocks the screen of the earbuds. To reduce the likelihood of this issue, clean the earbuds by removing the dirt after each use, using a pointed toothpick to remove large amounts, and a small amount of rubbing alcohol applied to a cotton swab for final degreasing. If you need more help, please reach out to our Customer Support for further assistance.

No Active Noise Cancellation

They cannot reduce or eliminate background noise during phone calls. To make it worse they even amplify the background noises so much that the other person in calls keeps complaining about the noise. I tried different settings to reduce the noise but none worked. These earphones does offer noise cancellation only when listening to music.

Seemed like the sound was blown out at anything above half volume. Maybe just a bad set. JBL never usually lets me down

Posted .Thank you for your feedback! We're here to help with your JBL Tune 235NC. To ensure the headphones provide the best audio response, you must create a tight seal within your ear canal. Please try the following steps in order:
Angle the eartip slightly downward to make it easier to insert into your ear canal.
Gently twist the earbud to fit it securely into the shape of your ear.
Continue twisting the earbud into your ear canal to achieve the best seal and secure fit.
It is best to try this with all of the provided eartip sizes until you find the one that fits most comfortably.
Once you've done this a few times, it will become easy to do every time you put them in your ear. If this does not resolve the issue, our JBL Tune 235NC are compatible with our JBL Headphones app, which allows you to modify the equalizer settings to your preference. If you need further assistance, please contact our customer support.
