Posted .Thank you for bringing this to our attention. Feel free to choose your preferred size of eartips that can fit in your ear as they are exchangeable. Also, to achieve the best seal and secure fit, you must create a tight seal within your ear canal. To do this, angle the ear tip slightly downward to make it easier to insert into your ear canal, gently twist the earbud to fit it securely into the shape of your ear, and continue twisting the earbud into your ear canal. I wanted to buy some that weren’t to cheap and would sound good. That’s when I asked the employee about some decent earbuds and he pointed me towards this ones. They’re really not sound proof but get the job done.

Connection to the phone is weak most times. However buds cgarge easy and last quite a long time. If you want to listen to only music it is a good deal. Phone not ao much.
