They started cutting in out as I was listening to music. I would recommend for a quick fix but not long term headphones.

Solution is to send it to JBL for a warranty replacement. Spend a little more and get better.

I was surprised how good the stereo sound was, You can turn volume up or down, pause the music, go To previous track. One feature I like is being able to answer phone calls while listening to my music. I would recommend to anyone

The right side earpod works just fine. I've now ordered the BEATS Studio earbuds and hope to have better luck with those.

Picking my phone up, putting it in my pocket, or even flipping it over will make the earbuds cut out for 5+ seconds while the connection reacquires. Music/audiobooks chopped up to the point of being unlistenable. Do not waste your money.

Posted .We're here to help with your JBL Tune 235NC. We recommend connecting the earbuds to a different device to see if the issue remains. If the problem continues, reset the earbuds and try pairing again. To reset, with both earbuds on, and not charging, tap the right earbud two times and hold the button on the third tap for more than 5 seconds. If the issue continues, please contact JBL Customer Support.
