      Thanks for your feedback. We're always looking for ways to improve. For our JBL Tune 235NC, we recommend cleaning the contact pins on the case and earbuds using a cotton swab with alcohol. These pins are sensitive to dust. Please ensure the pins are dried before placing them back on the case. If the issue still persists, please contact our customer support. JBL

    The ear pieces connected (to my iPhone) right away with no issues. The sound quality is very good (I am not an audiophile, so take that into account) and the app adds additional functionality to make the sound even better.

    These earbuds always have trouble connecting to my devices, the right side will connect okay but the left side constantly has problems connecting. As of the last few days, they will not even charge in the case anymore. The case is not dirty on the inside, and the earbuds have very little use on them since they’ve been so hard to connect. Not satisfied with the product since they’ve broken under light use in a matter of 4 months since purchasing. The sound quality is good when it wants to connect, which is basically never. Would not recommend.

    I would love to give a better rating. I have been using for 8 months now and the sound is great but one of the ear buds won’t stay charged. I can listen for maybe an hour and it beeps to recharge. Very frustrating

We recommend cleaning the ear tips by removing dust and wax using a pointed toothpick to remove larger amounts and a small amount of rubbing alcohol applied to a cotton swab for final degreasing.
