Stays connected while in the charger home many times, sound quality is not special, doesnt show battery percentage unless you have them in your ear, need to download the jbl app to control features. I can go on and on.

The construction looks solid and feels solid. The only drawback there is would pertain to how to use it with Siri. It seems according to the included instructions that you can set up the earbuds for Google Assistant and Alexa, but nothing for Siri. I got this product mainly to use with my Apple iPad and other Apple devices. Siri does not respond like it would if paired with AirPods. Which I was trying to save myself a little money, and this was on Deal of the Day for the JBL. I can pair it with the Apple iPad, and can listen to music and such, but there are some touch sensitive things that can and do occur, but I have no manual to guide me on how it works with Apple. The included booklets (including the warranty manual) are all very small print and the booklets are super small. The print is too tiny, even for me wearing glasses. Given the size of the box and the spacing where these booklets are package, there is room for the booklets to have been larger, and you could actually make out what is typed in the manuals.

Awful earbuds

The companion app is nice, but takes really long time to load. Earbuds don't connect when you take it out of the case or stay connected when you put it back in the case. Meaning you have to take it in and out multiple times. Audio sometimes start stuttering. I tried to give it a fair shot, but they're simply so unreliable.

The battery life has been a significant issue. Even after cleaning and charging them, they only reach 10% and sometimes falsely indicate 80%. The battery often dies unexpectedly, even after being supposedly fully charged.
