Charging issues are frequently caused by foreign matter on the metal charging contacts. This can include sweat, grease, ear wax, etc. Please ensure the pins are dried before placing them back on the case. If you need more help, we'd like to work with you directly. One pod is not charging or responding at all. Was Christmas present and because of opening late missed return deadline. Bestbuy was not willing to accommodate, referred me to JBL. They are replacing. I woukd rather have the money back as I lost confidence on level of quality of this product.

Quality earbuds

The sound quality using both earbuds is very good for music, however they are not the most "crisp" sounding earbuds out there. They get adequately loud, and i find the noise cancelling to work quite well. I originally bought these for conference calls, but have found they leave a lot to be desired, especially when using only a single earbud. Voices sound washed out and maybe a little muffled. I havent received any feedback on the mic, but I assume its mediocre as well. All in all, these are a quality product, but the price is on the high end of fair for sure.

I bought 2 pairs one for each of my children for Christmas. The left one on both sets have stopped charging. They started out charging when they wanted but now nothing. I have cleaned the charging pods out and they still won’t charge. Manufacturer states a 1 year warranty so I’m going to see if I can get help but I’m sadly not hopeful. One of the pairs the right earbud doesn’t produce much sound. Was working great but it’s starting to give up on me too.

Posted .Thank you for your feedback on our JBL Tune 230NC TWS. We understand that it didn't meet your expectations. In order for the headphones to give you the best audio response, you must create a tight seal within your ear canal. Assuming that both earpieces are properly positioned in your ears, as with all in-ear headphones, they can be susceptible to a build-up of dust and earwax. This can cause low volume on one or both ear tips or balance issues. Clean the ear tips by removing dust and wax using a pointed toothpick to remove larger amounts and a small amount of rubbing alcohol applied to a cotton swab for final degreasing. If you need more help, please contact JBL Customer Support.
