Voice assistant does not work at all with this one no matter how much I tried resetting and reconnecting. People on the other end of the phone call cannot hear me clearly at all even if I am in a quiet place with very good connection. I’m not sure how people give this excellent readings. I literally threw them out the window.

Not recommend for phone call audio

You can barely hear the person and they can barely hear. Works fine for listening to music or watching videos. The audio for phone calls is very disappointing.

Charging issues are usually caused by foreign matter on the metal charging contacts, such as sweat, grease, dirt, etc. To reduce the likelihood of these issues, we suggest cleaning the earbuds using a cotton swab dipped in rubbing alcohol to clean the metallic charging contacts on the earbuds and the charging case. You can use a cotton cloth to remove any residue and ensure that the case interior is fully dry before inserting them in the case If you need more help with the unit, please contact JBL Customer Support so we can assist you.
