Good for two months tops until the sound quality and overall Bluetooth connection ultimately suffers. Won't be getting these again.

Bought these a year ago; worked well all this while but now earpods run out of battery within 30 minutes (barely enough for a call). Can't do much now other than switch to an alternate (and pray they are any better)

Thank you for your feedback. To isolate the issue with your JBL Tune 235NC TWS, please check for any walls, obstacles, or other wireless devices that may be interfering with the connection. If it functions properly at 10 feet or less, it is likely that something is disrupting the Bluetooth signal. Next, try forgetting the device on your phone. Then, perform manual pairing by tapping the earbuds once and holding for five seconds on the second tap, while the Bluetooth is enables on your device. For further assistance, please contact us. JBL

Sound and features are good but if paused for certain amount of time it will switch itself off and you have to make your way back to the charging base. When plugging the charging base into the wall, you get good battery life on the buds for the first listen, less the second and even less the third until the base dies and you have to charge it again

We're here to help with your JBL Tune 230NC TWS. The recommended charging time for the charging case is 2 hours. We recommend leaving it on charge while the earbuds are inside, so it will carry a battery as well. It is also necessary to try a different USB cable or try another USB charger, rated at least 2 Amps for the charging case. If you need more help, please contact our customer support. JBL

They are difficult to pair, have no volume control on the buds themselves, and can only be turned off by putting them back in the case or through the JBL app. Pay more money for better quality sound or less for simpler earbuds that dont require an app to turn them off. Returning as soon as the store opens.

We're here to help with your JBL Tune 230NC TWS. We recommend cleaning the contact pins on the case and earbuds using a cotton swab with alcohol. These pins are sensitive to dust. Please ensure the pins are dried before placing them back on the case. If your left earbud is charging, there may be a possibility that your earbuds are in Mono mode. We recommend manually pairing both earbuds together by putting both earbuds in the charging case. This should automatically pair the earbuds together. If you need more help, we'd like to work with you directly. Please contact our customer support for assistance. JBL
