Posted .Please try cleaning the contact pins on the earbuds and the charging case. It could also be possible that the pins are damaged which could be the reason why the buds are not charging. Our JBL Tune 235NCTWS has a one-year limited warranty, please contact our customer support for us to assist you.

Posted .Thanks for your feedback. We're always looking for ways to improve. For our JBL Tune 235NC, charge the battery to 100% and then listen to music without any bass boosted, and at a very low volume. If the battery lasts close to the published up-to playtime, the battery is working fine. However, if you get less than 90% of the published spec, this likely means that the battery is losing its capacity. If you need more help, please contact our customer support.

The person we gifted them to had an android phone and we could not get them to connect. We tried several times. Unpaired and repaired without success. I love the JBL products but this one just didn’t work as expected.

So, now I have sets where the left one will not charge. These are total junk. Waste your money if you buy them!!

You may try to clean the charging terminals on the earbuds using a swab dipped in a rubbing alcohol, as foreign matter on the metal charging contacts may affect the charging process of it.
