I can’t discern any noise cancellation at all. They ok until I’m in a noisy environment like the gym or walking next to a busy street. I haven’t tried others, perhaps I’m spoiled by my over the ear Bose headphones. I got these on sale

It keeps connected to my phone even if I’m not using it, so I have to turn off the Bluetooth function on my phone to talk. And sometimes they don’t get charge one of the earbuds . This happened since I bought it.

Posted .Thanks for your feedback. We're always looking for ways to improve. For our JBL Tune 235 NC TWS, source devices (phones, tablets, etc.) all behave a bit differently. Some have very loud outputs, and some can be quite a bit lower, even at maximum volumes. You may try to use an equalizer like JBL Headphones App on your music application to adjust the volume to your preference. If you need more help, please contact our customer support.
