      Thank you for reaching out. With TWS ear buds, charging issues are frequently caused by foreign matter on the metal charging contacts. This can include sweat, grease, ear wax, etc.

    They don't connect to the charger it very,very hard to make them charge you have to pull them out sometimes. Tire of them it's my second pair will not buy them again period.

    The sound quality is alright. You cant sync both earbuds at the same time. Only one side works at a time. The app is not helpful at all. Im giving the connectivity zero stars.

    The software is terrible and the Bluetooth connectivity is frustrating coming from AirPods. Do yourself a favor and spend the extra money to get something better.

      Thanks for your feedback. If you're pairing a new source device, make sure the Bluetooth is enabled on the device and select "JBL Tune 235NC" in your phone's Bluetooth settings. To manual pair, tap either left or right earbud twice and hold on the second tap for 5 seconds. If the problem continues, reset the earbuds and try pairing again. To reset, with both earbuds on, and not charging, tap right earbud two times and hold the button on the third tap for more than 5 seconds.       Thanks for your feedback. Here are some troubleshooting steps that might help to isolate the issue with your JBL Tune 235NC. First, you may try to clean the charging terminals on the earbuds using a swab dipped in rubbing alcohol, as charging issues are frequently caused by foreign matter on the metal charging contacts. We also recommend cleaning the contacts with the tip of a pencil and the eraser at the end of the pencil, as the graphite and rubber can help to re-establish the connection between the earbuds and the case.
