I dont like the way it fits into my ear. The other thing, siri announces the phone number instead of the name of the caller. By the time i recognize the number, it's a rap.

Posted .Thanks for your feedback, we're always looking for ways to improve, if you're experiencing connectivity issue with your JBL Tune 235NC TWS, please try this troubleshooting step with both earbuds on and not charging tap two times and hold the button on the third tap for more than 5 seconds. You may need to 'forget' the headphones in Bluetooth settings on your phone/tablet in order to pair it again. If the connectivity Issue still persist again please contact our customer support.

The only pro the airpod pros have over these is the noise cancellation. However through the JBL app they send updates to improve these. So that alone beats anything the airpod pros of any gen have to offer.

I got it a great deal before the price went up $$ and that meant that I made an awesome choice with this purchase. They are as expected the NC (cool that it can be turned on and off) is phenomenal especially when riding (motorcycle). A friend recommend them and they have not disappointed me in any way,

My only gripe is the the ambient sound control modes do not work so well in loud environments. I'm a welder and the earbuds relay the sounds as pops and bassy interference. Other than that, they definitely deliver nice punchy bass and have their own EQ.

It changes from Noise Cancelling to Ambient Noise to whatever else it has every time it reconnects,

They automatically connect to my iPhone when I take out buds. The buds connect to each other easily. Long lasting batter life even when talking on phone. Some of the most comfortable fitting earbuds. Great quality sound because it’s Jbl. Highly recommend. Great quality and value.
