Unfortunately the right side tends to drop off and not produce much in terms of volume. Many times the headphones have stopped working even though they’re completely charged. They’re comfortable but at I won’t be buying anything from JBL in terms of earbuds for a while. Im going to have to buy a different pair from another brand. Oh well…

To do it, double tap the right bud and hold it on the 3rd tap for 5 seconds while they're out of the charging case, then put the earbuds back in the case to complete the reset. They were easy to put in & to remove. I had them for 3 days before someone else liked them so much, that they stolen them from my desk. Im waiting for another sale, so that I can purchase them again.

Overall, good product for the discounted price
