    Decent headphones. Sound is amazing and the sound canceling works as it should. Only issue is if you have them off but still in your ear for a while you have to repair within the case

    The sound was amazing so 5 stars but i would truly give it 3.5 they are not comfortable they charge and lose power easily, they do not fit well in ears and they are hard to pair within each other, my left bud gave out and no longer was pairing.

    These paired seamlessly with my Samsung S10E. I eventually got them to work with my IPad, but each time I try to connect there's a bit of a hassle. (Maybe it's an Apple/Android problem). I would still buy these again, because I bought them to stream music from my phone. The buds are comfortable and the sound is great. (I'm not an audiophile so my tastes are not super fancy, but it sounds amazing in my opinion.)

    I got these upon exchanging the 130NCs that hurt my ears so bad after like 30 minutes... I got home, charged them up, and then when I went to pair I noticed the right one didn't light up at all. Not when the case was opened, not when it was removed, nothing. Tried charging it again just to try to save myself a trip all the way back to the store... nothing. Pretty bummed considering I've always been a pretty big jbl fan.

Please try cleaning the contact pins on the case and the earbuds using a cotton swap dipped in rubbing alcohol. After cleaning each surface, use a cotton cloth to remove any residue, then see if the earbuds will now charge. If the issue remains, please contact our customer support for further assistance. JBL
