    Great sound, comfortable headphones. Unfortunately the charging case isn’t charging one of my earbuds, only had it for a month before this issue. Wouldn’t recommend on my experience but everyone has a different experience. Maybe get the protection plan if you go with these.

      Thanks for your feedback. We're here to help with your JBL Tune 235NC. We recommend cleaning the contact pins on the case and earbuds using a cotton swab with alcohol. These pins are sensitive to dust. Please ensure the pins are dried before placing them back on the case. If you need more help, please contact our customer support for assistance. JBL

    I was debating buying these for $80 or the Apple AirPods for 200. I’m glad I went with the JBL’s. The silicone tip helps them stay in my ear and they are light weight. Also, they offer different noise cancellation settings.

    These are hands down some of the best and most comfortable headphones I have ever owned. The ability to switch from noise canceling to ambient aware is a wonderful feature I didn’t know I needed. Great quality sound as well. I highly suggest downloading the app. you are able to change your ear bud tap functions as well as many other highly helpful features.
