They sounded great but one ear bud has lost most all volume. For the price you should get much more use from these. I have used them for maybe 20 hrs max total and they are already broken. I would not at all recommend these. If they would work i would of given 5 stars for the price. Very disappointed.

Posted .Thanks for sharing your experience with our JBL Tune 230NC TWS. Please try to observe the issue by ensuring the earbuds are securely seated in the charging case. It is best to leave them for charging inside the case for about 1-2 hours and see if the battery increases significantly through the JBL Headphones App. It is also helpful to clean the charging contact of the earbuds, as foreign matters can likely cause this issue. You can use a swab dipped in rubbing alcohol to clean the charging terminals on the earbuds and charging case, then use a cotton cloth to remove any residue. Noise cancellation

Posted .Thanks for your feedback. Please know that you may still hear background noise especially when using our JBL Tune 235NC TWS in Mono mode. For best sound quality, we recommend using both earbuds. A single tap on the left earbud enables Active Noise Cancelling (ANC), switches to Ambient Aware, or disables these features. Also, gesture controls will transfer to the earbud in use when in Mono Mode. You can customize these commands through the JBL Headphones App. For further assistance, feel free to contact us.
