This is my second pair (I already had to send the first pair in for repair since one of the earbuds stopped working), and just a month later of owning the new ones, have issues. One earbud doesn’t charge even when plugged in and secured, random disconnects, and HORRIBLE wind interference if you run or bike while using these AVOID

After one year, i started having charging issues, and now after 18 months the right bud will not hold a charge and neither will the case. Spend your money on something else.

They are better than I expected and I highly recommend them. Call quality and ease of use is excellent.

They sound alright but have exaggerated bass that even the EQ in the app couldn’t quite tame. Battery life falls into industry standard range. There’s nothing that really make these stand out, but there’s also not a deal breaker that I’ve come across yet. I wouldnt pay the full price and would only buy if they are heavily discounted.

These are fantastic! They even have the tone that emits when you need to find the missing earbud!

Noise cancelation is ok. Fit in my ear well. I wish the batteries lasted longer but then again i use it alot. Great product.

No Active Noise Cancellation

They cannot reduce or eliminate background noise during phone calls. To make it worse they even amplify the background noises so much that the other person in calls keeps complaining about the noise. I tried different settings to reduce the noise but none worked. These earphones does offer noise cancellation only when listening to music.

Posted .We appreciate you taking the time to provide feedback on our JBL Tune 235NC TWS. While pairing, please ensure that both devices aren't connected to any other Bluetooth devices nearby. The light indicator of the earbuds will flash in blue light when pairing and turn solid blue if it's connected to a device. To get the best audio response and comfortability with the earbuds, please try the different ear tip sizes that perfectly seal and fit into your ear. Angle the ear tip slightly downward and gently twist the earbud to fit securely. In addition, the earbuds can be susceptible to moist or deep-seated dirt that blocks the screen of the earbuds. To reduce the likelihood of this issue, clean the earbuds by removing the dirt after each use, using a pointed toothpick to remove large amounts, and a small amount of rubbing alcohol applied to a cotton swab for final degreasing.
