    Not a good product. It sometimes disconnects on its own. It reduces the sound on its own. And JBL customer service sucks.

      We appreciate your feedback. Bluetooth typically performs well within a 30-foot range, but walls, obstacles, and other wireless devices can impede this. If you experience dropouts within 10 feet, there may be interference. To resolve the issue with your JBL Tune 235NC, ensure it is within 10 feet of your device with a clear line of sight (no obstacles). Try to forget/unpair the speaker on your device, and initiate a reset. To reset your unit, first make sure that the case is not charging, tap the right earbud twice, and hold the button on the third tap for more than five seconds. Lastly, try to connect the speaker to a different device to determine if the issue lies with the earbuds or the initial device you paired them with.       Thanks for your feedback. To raise the volume on your JBL Tune 235NC, make sure that both your source device and the earbuds are set to their highest volume levels. Activate the noise cancellation feature by pressing the button on the left earbud once until you hear a confirmation tone and see a white LED light up. You can also use the JBL Headphones App to enable or disable noise cancellation and adjust other settings. You may also initiate a reset. With both earbuds on, and not charging, tap two times, and hold the button on the third tap for more than 5 seconds.     These are truly trash from top too bottom. they won'y connect too the app and are stuck in ambient sound mode with ALL controls unresponsive. I wasted good money and needed them. It's frustrating to not be ablr to trust this company.

      Thank you for your feedback. To troubleshoot the issue with your JBL Tune 235NC TWS, please attempt a reset. First, remove the earbuds from the case, then tap on them twice and hold for five seconds. Afterward, place them back inside the case. You may need to forget your unit on your device to pair it again. If you need more help, please contact us. JBL

    I replaced this model twice, and gave up for Beat. Twice on side lost connectivity and not charging in the case.

      We're here to help with your JBL Tune 230NC TWS. Charging issues are frequently caused by foreign matter on the metal charging contacts that can also affect the connection of the earbuds. These issues can be resolved by cleaning the contact points on the earbuds and charging case using a cotton cloth, a makeup or cotton swab, and rubbing alcohol.
