Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Please don't buy. I never write reviews and these are the absolute worst ear buds I ever purchased. Ill start with, they fall out... all the time even changing out the size of the rubber plugs. The holding vessel doesn't charge equally and if you toss them on your seat or desk expecting them to charge... the vibration causes them not to connect. So literally you think its charging since theyre back in the case but the battery is just draining. Also if one side is dead and one side is fully charged, it will rob the battery from one side to the other. Left side went from dead to charge and now right side went from charged to empty. I'm so mad I bought them that they just sit in my car and every time I give them another chance, they just let me down. Sound quality is O...K.

TWS ear buds, charging issues are frequently caused by foreign matter on the metal charging contacts. This can include sweat, grease, ear wax, etc. Please clean the contact points of your earbuds and the charging case. For further assistance, feel free to contact our customer support.

Posted .Thanks for your feedback. We're here to help with your JBL Tune 235NC TWS. Sometimes, new or additional wireless activity near you may cause pairing interference. Additionally, operating system or app updates can affect the pairing between the source device and the earbuds. Refresh the pairing between the source device and the product by forgetting or unpairing the earbuds from your mobile device. You can also try connecting it to other devices. And lastly, reset the unit by pressing the button on the charging case twice. If these steps don't work, for further assistance, please contact our customer support.

Pairing issues
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Sound good. Noise canceling is adequate. Often have problems getting one to work though. The right one quit paring properly after a week. Cleaned the connectors and did a few factory resets. It seems like i just need to open and close the case and sometimes hit it a few times until both earphones get lights on then they will pair together. Rather annoying and it started right after i threw away the box so i cant exchange them

To manually pair the earbuds to your phone, turn them on, tap either the left or right earbud twice, on the second tap, hold it for 5 seconds until the LED indicator becomes flashing blue light. You may also reset the earbuds by turning both earbuds on, tap two times and hold the button on the third tap for more than 5 seconds. You may need to 'forget' the headphones in Bluetooth settings on your phone/tablet in order to pair it again. Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.PROS: Good sound Decent NC CONS: Slip out of ears, regardless of bud size Loud static noises around certain environments I bought these because of the great deal but you get what you pay for. I work in a lab where I’m moving around and they tend to slip out of my ears. When I’m around air guns at work the noise cancelling fails and gives loud static noises that are borderline painful. I’ve stopped wearing them unless I was stationary and in a relatively quiet environment.
