Long lasting battery & the sound is as good as my more expensive earbuds. Noise cancellation is really good. Make sure you download the JBL Connect app for more advanced settings. Great buy!

These earbuds are comfortable and have great sound. They work well during my workouts and while at work. I think they are a great budget-friendly choice!

[Employee of bestbuy] I love these earbuds. They have great sound and a surprisung amount of base for earbuds. The JBL app makes it really easy to customize the sound. But, I will say, that for some weird reason, these earbuds freak out at times end do weird glitches. It is very rare, but sometimes they'll stop connecting. Then, when I put them back into the case and take them out again, they work just fine. That would be my only concern with them.

I bought 2 sets. One set worked great, the other had some issues. The battery life last forever in these and the sound quality is excellent. Download the JBL app and you can customize these so much. I wouldn’t recommend buying these from Best Buy though. Their customer service and warranty work is complete garbage

Wanted to get something of a better quality but also didn't want to break the bank. These are perfect!! Sound quality is amazing, the active noise canceling works wonders, especially on flights. Also has a passthrough feature to be able to have the on and clear hear the conversation with a person in front of you. Highly recommend.

Sound quality & bass is amazing. Battery life is great no issues with a full days use. Different inserts for different size ears is a plus. Downside is with the iPhone 13 , the earbuds keep randomly disconnecting an reconnecting . It’s so freaking frustrating,I’ve reinstalled 3different times an the issues still occurring

I bought these ear buds for work and they’re good for the price. The case can be easily scratched so make sure you buy an additional protection case. The battery life on them are great but the volume of them just isn’t very good. I’d say they’re perfect for $50 anymore and I would say don’t waste your money.

They worked great! My mother used them for work and they have great quality and audio, and a decent battery life, she’s able to adjust the audio with a few clicks and they’re easy to understand!

The sound on these is excellent. The noise cancellation is excellent. They are very comfortable to wear. They do not have any built-in volume control. Not a problem if you are using with a phone but did not meet my needs of marrying these with an old plasma TV that I added a bluetooth transmitter to. I am back to using my Bose over the ear headphones with their own volume control.

Great for everyday use if you’re looking for something economical that won’t break the bank. Bass is great and the mids are ok as well as the highs. Noise cancellation is very decent not like high end ear buds again for the price point can’t beat it.

This is the 2nd pair of headphones I bought. Sounds and noise cancellation is really good. But at times, one of the headphones has a hard time connecting with the phone or trouble charging. First and second pair have had these issues.

These headphones are wonderful. Very convenient great bass and a decent battery life. I wish they had a similar feature as apple with the “find my” option. I only got to use them once before they were gone without a trace. Will purchase again

Incredibly pleased with these earbuds! They're comfortable for me; fit in my ears perfectly! And they have additional features that sync with Google Assistant which is a boon for my use-case.

For the price that these are sold I am highly satisfied. Bought them because it was the cheapest option and they turned out amazing for gym use since they dont fall out. I used them in the sauna and i did notice that over time one of the buds no longer has full sound. You can still hear bud its very very dim.

Amazing sound and noise cancelling. The latest pair that I bought can not be adjusted (noise cancelling/talk through/normal) on the earbuds, it must be done on the phone app. Kind of a hassle. I have had to purchase 3 pair in just under 3 years because one bud always stops charging in the case - for whatever reason it loses the ability to contact the charging points.

awesome work great. battery last long. stay in place while riding motorcycle, mowing lawn weed eating.

Wearing could be more comfortable but it is ok. Sound quality will satisfy most of the people. Anc is working fine and you will be quite fine in airplane. Touch commands are working fine but there could be more options to customize commands.
