    It may be me but the case charges up but sometimes doesn’t charge the earbuds…but I’ve only had them for a few weeks now so who knows

      Thanks for sharing your experience with our JBL Tune 230NC TWS. Please try to observe the issue by ensuring the earbuds are securely seated in the charging case. It is best to leave them for charging inside the case for about 1-2 hours and see if the battery increases significantly through the JBL Headphones App. It is also helpful to clean the charging contact of the earbuds, as foreign matters can likely cause this issue. You can use a swab dipped in rubbing alcohol to clean the charging terminals on the earbuds and charging case, then use a cotton cloth to remove any residue.     These earbuds are great for phones and cancelling out all outside noise. The app that you can download is great for changing your settings on it without taking them out of your ears. They're also comfortable to wear for extended periods of time.

    The sound quality is decent enough, but they will not last so I would not recommend them. After one year, i started having charging issues, and now after 18 months the right bud will not hold a charge and neither will the case. Spend your money on something else.
