I was very excited to try a product from such a trust worthy brand like JBL and happy to be supporting local best buys. However, These headphones never seems to to live up to the jbl name. Ever since I got them only one headphone would charge / work at a time never giving me the full effect of the noise canceling feature!? How am I suppose carry on with every day tasks with a faulty product like this one?! Not only did the product not work to its full potential but also delivered poor quality of sound including what sounded like a dog whistle in my ear!?, I never damaged this product and they are still in great condition, however the problem still seems to persist. Given that I purchased these items through a third party like best buy which I thought would be a trusted party to go through. Maybe you should have given me an option to secure myself some sort of warranty. I see on the website now that these headphones are on clearance, maybe its because many customers have this problems and I think you guys should send me some fresh headphones.
