    I did not like the service, picking them up and I do not like the product. unsatisfied. I went out of my way to pick them up and It was an overall horrible experience.

      We're here to help with your JBL Tune 230NC TWS. We recommend cleaning the contact pins on the case and earbuds using a cotton swab with alcohol. These pins are sensitive to dust. Please ensure the pins are dried before placing them back on the case. It is also necessary to reset the earbuds by tapping one of the earbuds twice and holding it for 5 seconds on the third tap. Put the earbuds back in the case to complete the reset. Resetting your earbuds will erase all previous settings and pairings. Please remove or forget the earbuds from the list of paired Bluetooth devices before pairing them again. If you need more help, we'd like to work with you directly.     Unfortunately have to take them back. Modern Bluetooth allows you to have your headphones paired to multiple devices. Sadly these allow you to only connect to one and then have to delete it from the current paired device to use it with another. They sound great though.

    disappointed in JBL - these are difficult to pair with some computers and phones (even using their phone app). ALSO: VERY disappointed in the sound quality. I've owned JBL products since the '70's and always considered their products quality.....with all filters off, EQ settings at MAX and phone volume at MAX....they just don't get loud......at the gym it's hard to listen with ambient noise, as well

    This product did not perform well at all as there was a static every time I tried using it. I returned it after a week.

      Thanks for your feedback. You may experience a distortion sound issue due to issues with volume level, EQ settings, or source device. To fix this, try to forget/unpair the earbuds on your device, activate the noise-canceling feature by tapping your left earbud once. You can also use our JBL Headphones App to enable it. If the issue persists, reset your headphones. With both earbuds on, and not charging, tap two times and hold the button on the third tap for more than 5 seconds.     Would not recommend to anyone. Had to return these once before because one side would not take a charge anymore and it’s happening again on the new ones.

    Detailed review after 10 months use - the product was good while it lasted but it stopped working after 10 months of minimal usage. Hoped for a better quality product from JBL.

    Sucks a waste of money not loud what so ever. I put them on and immediately knew it wasn’t what I wanted for the price…

If you have already maximized the volume levels on both your source device and the earbuds itself and still find the loudness insufficient, please note that the EQ (equalizer) feature can be accessed through the JBL Headphones App to adjust and enhance the volume levels of specific frequencies in the audio signal.     Have enjoyed these earbuds for listening to music... However, when I've used them for phone calls they will randomly disconnect.

      We're here to help with your JBL Tune 230NC TWS. The ideal Bluetooth range is 5 meters to 10 meters. Going beyond that may result in audio dropouts or disconnections. It has a maximum Bluetooth range of 10–15 meters, with no large objects blocking the line of sight. A distance farther than that would pose a risk of signal deterioration. It is also necessary to reset the unit. Here's how: Tap the touch control of the left or right earbud twice, and on the second time, after tapping, hold it for 5 seconds, and put both earbuds back in the charging case, and they will reset to their factory default. A reset will wipe all previous settings and pairings, so it will be necessary to pair your headphones with your devices again. If you need help, please reach out to our customer support. JBL

    Everything was fine n working good except 15 month after purchase date right side bud does not work. Did I get my money's worth if used 15month?

    This is not noise canceling...buzzing sound. I was expecting a better sound quality, but when I'm using these headphones the person(s) I'm talking with says my background is so noisy.

It will reduce the unwanted noise coming from the outside but this will not cancel out the noise on the microphone. To reset, with both earbuds on, and not charging, tap the right earbud two times and hold it on the third tap for more than 5 seconds.     I like deep bass but voice call is not good it hard to hear from the other side sound not clear. So i am recommend to someone who it for calling. But for listening the music is acceptable.

    These lasted a couple months…used it for running and sound became distorted and mute almost. Not good JBL! Do better! These aren’t cheap either. So this is the only jbl my family ever own.

To do this, double tap either the left or right earbud and hold it on the 3rd tap for 5 seconds, then put the earbuds back in the case to complete the reset and forget the name of the earbuds on the source device before connecting again.
