Then, try forgetting the device and pair them again by tapping the earbud once and holding it for five seconds. If the issue persists, try pairing it with other devices. Posted .We appreciate your feedback. To enjoy the great quality sound of our JBL Tune 235NC, you must create a tight seal within your ear canal. You can also replace the open ear tips with the sealed ear tips that came with the earbuds to see if they fit better. The other different sizes of ear tips are included in the box. To have better sound quality, you may check the music player app to see if the Equalizer is engaged. If engaged, turn off the Equalizer. If turning it off does not resolve the issue, turn it on again and adjust the EQ by boosting the bass to your liking. Also, try to connect with a different source device and change the streaming music application.
