    The battery wasn't holding the charge. The writing on the box said some forty plus hour and after fully charged it needed recharging after less than three hours.

    They were Good for the music but they sobbed for the phone they weren't loud enough

    I purchased these a 1yr ago now after i fully charged the case. They only last for 15-20 min. Then they shut down..

    Very poor quality and noise cancellation doesn’t work and i can hardly hear bass with this earphones

    They claim to have pure bass but I bought a defective pair with pure Trebble. Terrible headphones

First, in order for the headphones to give you the best audio response, you must create a tight seal within your ear canal. Please check your music player app and the headphone app to see if the EQ is engaged. If engaged, turn off the EQ. If turning it off does not resolve the issue, turn it on again and adjust the EQ by boosting the bass to your liking. Next, try to connect the headphones to a different device (phone/tablet/music player) to see if it fixes the problem. If the issue remains, you may contact our customer support for further assistance. JBL
