Left bud won't accept a charge

I then discoveed after multiple attempts that the left bud won't accept a charge. Taking them back to Best Buy today for a replacement or a different model number. Great sound and the app make customizing the sound really easy.

Posted .Thanks for your feedback, we're always looking for ways to improve, if you're experiencing connectivity issue with your JBL Tune 235NC TWS, please try this troubleshooting step with both earbuds on and not charging tap two times and hold the button on the third tap for more than 5 seconds. You may need to 'forget' the headphones in Bluetooth settings on your phone/tablet in order to pair it again. If the connectivity Issue still persist again please contact our customer support.

Nice earbuds

You can download the JBL app to customize the sound to your liking as well which was a plus. The mic also sounds much better than some of the other earbuds we've tried, even over the more expensive ones. Definitely worth a buy.
