Additionally the buds went out of sync and were no longer working as they should.

Unfortunately the charging case isn’t charging one of my earbuds, only had it for a month before this issue. Wouldn’t recommend on my experience but everyone has a different experience. Maybe get the protection plan if you go with these.

Posted .Thanks for your feedback. We're here to help with your JBL Tune 235NC. We recommend cleaning the contact pins on the case and earbuds using a cotton swab with alcohol. These pins are sensitive to dust. Please ensure the pins are dried before placing them back on the case. If you need more help, please contact our customer support for assistance.
